It’s time to show off the artistic talents in this week’s edition of the Moodle Army. My regular moodlers have come up with the goods once more, this time on the theme of ‘blowing your own trumpet‘!
Apologies for such lateness with the posting, if tardiness was a talent I’d be winning all the time! If we’re perfectly honest though, it’s not the nicest thing in the world to brag about your talents but sometimes it helps us to stop and recognise what we’re good at.
However, as a self-confessed faddist, am I actually good at anything? Well, yes…good, fair to middling, competent and in some cases, much better than average. That’s me. But I don’t think I excel at anything – I’ve always dabbled in far too many areas to ever master one!
So I’m not all that great at trumpet blowing, literal or metaphorical. But there’s more than one way to make a noise – So what my Moodle hopefully demonstrates this week is that I’m pretty alright at really bad puns and finding tenuous links. 😉
I present to you… ‘FAN FAIR’ FOR THE COMMON MAN!
And once you’re over my astounding contribution to both art and literature, you can listen to the real trumpets, heralding the arrival of a new century!
On with this week’s entries – Don’t forget, there will be a new challenge tomorrow at 9am – join in, share and spread the Moodle love!
Thanks all for taking part, reblogging and reading. Enjoy!

And finally, proving there is more than one way to toot a horn, is Sue’s!

Haylee’s Fan Fair is fantastic — fun and breezy — is that dancer doing a fandango? Sandra’s facial expression is perfect. Mark’s sax is artistically appealing. James’s herald certainly lightened my mood. Amanda’s horn with a dilemma made me laugh out loud.

Haha, thanks Sue, too kind! If it’s not a fandango, it should be!

Reblogged this on Space, Time, and Raspberries and commented:
Here are ALL the moodles, blowing — or at least trying to blow — their own horns.
