It’s time to show off the artistic talents in this week’s edition of the Moodle Army! This time, the subject became all mushy for Valentine’s Day with a theme of ‘Heart’s Content’.
I received some great interpretations, from a play on words to a a cosy pair cuddled up like marshmallows. Thanks to everyone who sent in submissions and / or shared the post. 🙂
My main effort, however, got a bit carried away with itself, if I’m honest. I even splashed out on some colour!
It began by me thinking of the actual contents of my heart and then thinking that I should probably look after my heart more…
…and from there it spiralled into some analogy for everything we keep seeing on the news, with threats of imminent attacks, everyone in despair…and troops being sent in to eradicate a sedentary lifestyle…and… You get the drift.
Fingers crossed, my little heart story is all FAKE NEWS and no attacks are about to take place. But I should still look after it more, that’s for sure. I decided on something more conventional for the feature image – albeit a hasty finger drawing on my phone!
Anyway, what you’ve really been waiting for…this week’s entries. Don’t forget, there will be a new challenge tomorrow at 9am. Please share and spread the word, even if you’re not fancying a Moodle yourself. I do hope you’ll also pop along and say hi to the artists, via the links with each image.
Thanks all, enjoy! 🙂

Did you know you can follow the Bobbins on Twitter , Instagram or Facebook? Come and say hi!
I love the variety. Seeing such individual expressions of imagination always makes me feel hopeful about humanity.

Wow some seriously good efforts this week! The standard continues to rise and it’s fast becoming the highlight of my blogging week. Already looking forward to tomorrow!

It does indeed! As the self-confessed leader of this Moodle Army, I can safely say there is far more talent in my troops! But glad people are enjoying it 🙂 Hope you like tomorrow’s prompt!

Ooh… I love them all! Your phone finger doodle is so cute!

Hehe, thanks 🙂 I really should get a stylus thingy – tiny hands and stubby fingers don’t always help the artistic outlet!

I know what you mean. I’ve done this sort of thing, too, and I’ve determined that I have enormous fingers! I think I’ve only ever saved ONE of those phone finger drawings…!

Love the varied interpretations, Valentine’s brings me out in a rash but I can cope with this moodle-y loveliness.

These are great!! Yours is really well thought out, I must say – very impressed! And the last one is super cute. Not sure why cheese is my heart, it just is. Make note, potential suitors!

Haha, thanks! Although mine was a little negative I suppose when it should be a positive Moodle! I think any potential suitors would be lucky to sit down and share a cracker or two with you and your cheese!!

I thought yours was very clever indeed! And there’s no way I would share cheese. But they can bring me cheese and watch me eat it 😉

I’m sure there’s a very niche market you could tap into there…

Blimey… Yes… could be weird but at least I get lots of cheese!

Some great moodles! (<- my predictive text kept changing this to noodles! Damnit! 🍝)
I thought they were all very unique and creative! And so different from each others! Oh, and you're quite right! We've got to look after the ole ticker, haven't we?! (*note to self* must cut back on cheese!)
Can't wait to see the next moodle challenge! Count me in! 😊
